1. Payment Terms

To schedule a project, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required. The remaining 50% is due upon project completion, prior to the final transfer of credentials or deployment to the live domain.

2. Intellectual Property

Upon final payment, full copyright and ownership of the custom code and designs are transferred to the Client. We retain the right to use the work in our portfolio (unless an NDA is signed).

3. Scope of Work

The project includes only the items detailed in the Proposal. Any additional features or changes requested during the project will be considered "out of scope" and may be estimated separately.

4. Hosting & Liability

For clients on our Managed Hosting plan, we guarantee 99.9% uptime. However, we are not liable for third-party API failures (e.g., if OpenAI or WhatsApp goes down temporarily).
